Meet Subho, a seasoned marketer who is an artist at heart. He likes talking about anything that’s digital and every painting that he sees. A fan of minimalism, there is no wonder he cut his name from Subhobroto to just Subho.
Subho began as a visualizer at an advertising agency. A few years later he saw himself winning creative mandates for brands such as ANZ and Standard Chartered. Thereafter, he got the opportunity to amalgamate his artistic inclinations with management sciences and climbed the corporate ladder from Jr.Sales Promotion Executive to Head of Advertising & Marketing at Coca-Cola (FOBO), where he was promoted 6 times in a span of 5 years. As a student of Subroto Sengupta, he studied Brand, Product and Strategic Management under his guidance at IIM Calcutta. His peers and colleagues have always known him as a ‘relentless marketer with a creative instinct and great work ethic’.
His vast experience in different organizations earned him a repute of being an all-rounder. Moreover, his accurate and precise reading of marketing campaigns got him invitations as a jury member for awards presented at MMA (Mobile Marketing Association) 2015. He chaired the advisory board at DMAI (Digital Marketing Association- Asia) APAC, 2016. He was also hired by Government of China as their SME partner at Digital Animation Fair, Digital Association’s IEC (Indian Entrepreneur’s Club & IAMAI (Internet & Mobile Association of India). He has also had the privilege of being invited as a guest speaker and a visiting faculty at many B-Schools like IIMs, IMT – Nagpur, NMIMS, XIMB, BITS Pilani, MET Mumbai, KIIT University, DMTI and SIES.
Over the years Subho has reinvented himself by keeping in sync with the changing trends of the world. His keen eye for consumer behavior and diverse patterns has made him one of the most sought after digital consultants and trainers for corporates and institutes. Much like his paintings, his classes and workshops too echo praise and applause.
