Summer is here and so are the chances of more 'fry days' ☀🥵. It's very important for you to protect your skin form any kind of overexposure to the UV rays of the sun. These give rise to skin cancer.

📌 Here are 5 simple tips you can follow to protect your skin from the harmful #UVradiation:

1. Cover your body with clothing that blocks out light.

2. Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 (ideal SPF - 30).

3. Wear a hat or a cap 🎩.

4. Wear sunglasses 🕶 to protect your eyes and skin around them.

5. Limit venturing outdoors.
